DOWNLOAD MALTESE LANGUAGE KEYMAP FOR MAC OSX You can place it either in your main Library folder (/Library/Keyboard Layouts/) so that it's avaiable to all users on your machine or you can place it just in a single user's Library (~user/Library/Keyboard Layouts/).
Just download the zipped archive and once unzipped, place the 2 files in your Keyboard Layouts of choice. You'll have to logout and log back in so that it becomes available.
You can then select it from your prefs > international > input menu.
